The Polytype offset printing machines originate from Switzerland.
In this process, 1 to 8 inks are applied depending onthe design, transferred through rollers to supply the correct amount to the printing plate, then to the blanket, and from there directly onto the plastic tube.
The Offset printing process is a mastered technique at La Cazadora, as we have 6 machines and over 30 years of experience employing this method.

The "Isimat" screen printing machines originate from Germany. They have the capability to apply 1 to 8 inks, depending on the design requirements. These inks, which have a fluid consistency, are applied onto metal frames.
The stretched mesh, made up of threads of different thicknesses, allows the ink to pass through only the areas corresponding to the desired image for printing. To block the ink, an emulsion is used, and it is evenly distributed across the surface using a squeegee. Following the application of each color, the tube undergoes a dual UV drying process.
This printing method is distinguished by the ink protrusion, which creates a unique texture on the tube's surface.

Flexographic units are mounted on the screen printing machine in order to make a hybrid print. Four inks (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) are applied to form an image by color selection with the highest possible definition.

The Hot Stamping process is applied using a die or engraving that, with heat, will press or stamp the required design onto each tube.
The metallic foil can have a glossy or matte finish with texture and relief, which enhances and adds a touch of luxury and elegance to the design printed on the tubes.
